Foreign Institutions Seeking Exchange
The University of Minnesota highly values institutional collaboration with universities abroad. Our exchange colloborations include faculty, students, and staff, as well as research and traditional reciprocal relationships. We encourage exchange development at the collegiate and department levels, where there is the most stake in success and sustainability.
We traditionally have a higher demand from institutions abroad than we can match with outgoing students, so we are not currently seeking to establish university-wide reciprocal exchange programs with students. We are interested in discussing creative models where each institution gets something of value from the exchange, but each takes away something different.
We always welcome international students and are eager to discuss programs and options for attending the Universty of Minnesota.
