International Education Week 2008
International Education Week 2008 is Nov. 17-21. Colleges, campuses, departments, and student groups have planned more than 50 events system-wide to highlight the University’s support of international education. International Education Week was first declared by the U.S. Departments of State and Education in 2000 as part of their effort to encourage policies and programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and attract future leaders from abroad to study in the U.S.
Events at the University range from panel discussions and receptions to opera and an egg roll sale. See more information about these and other events on the CALENDAR OF EVENTS.
