A well-arranged visit will not only impress your guests with the University, but also give them a sense of ease. It is important to oversee the arrangements carefully. Be sure to reconfirm all arrangements made through outside vendors or agencies (catering agreements, travel tickets, etc.). Have alternative venues or arrangements in mind in case of a last-minute change. Review the schedule and logistical arrangements with all staff who are involved in handling the visit.
